A symphony of vibrant fruit and sweetness, Guji’s lively acidity dances gracefully across the palate, revealing an intricate tapestry of aromas. This is more than coffee — it’s a celebration of nature’s finest artistry.
In the heart of Ethiopia, the Guji region stands as a testament to the country’s rich coffee heritage. Here, smallholder farmers tend to their coffee gardens, cultivating heirloom varieties passed down through generations. The region's diverse soils and microclimates shape the extraordinary complexity of Guji coffee. Grown on plots often smaller than a hectare, these rare beans are carefully harvested and selected, representing the pinnacle of Ethiopia’s coffee craft. After meticulous processing, only the finest reach the world, carrying the essence of Guji’s natural beauty.
How we roast
We roast our coffee fresh on demand in small batches in Zurich. With dedicated roast profiles for both filter coffee and espresso, we ensure the perfect balance of fruit, texture, and harmony. The beans reach optimal drinking maturity after 10 days and peaking at around 3 weeks.
